FOR THE THAI PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE INGREDIENTS Peanut Butter. Use creamy or chunky, to your preference. Soy Sauce. Rice Vinegar. Chili-Garlic Sauce. Try my homemade chili-garlic sauce. Or use sriracha. Sesame Oil. Honey. Or use brown sugar. Optional. You can omit sugars if desired. Fresh Lime Juice. Adds a nice pop of acidity, but also flavor. Garlic. Use garlic powder or fresh garlic. Ginger. Use ginger powder or fresh ginger. Water or Stock. For thinning the peanut butter sauce, if desired. FOR THE THAI PEANUT NOODLES Noodles. Use rice noodles, flour, egg, ramen noodles, udon noodles, or others. Sesame Oil. Garnish. Crushed red pepper flakes, fresh chopped green onion, chopped peanuts or sesame seeds, lime wedges.
