Watermelons are such an excellent fruit to gorge on during the summers, they cool you down instantly, and also fill you up sans the extra calories. I was inspired by this concept of watermelon pizza on stylish eve’s facebook page, and made my version of these mini pizzas. I feel silly to even write down the recipe, as the pictures itself are self-explanatory, but will still pen it down anyway. This could be a great fun activity to do with your kids, I bet they will love it! Ingredients : Watermelon slices about 1/2 to 1 inch thick Fruits as desired for topping ( I used wild blueberries, strawberries and apples) Grated fresh coconut/ dedicated coconut/ grated white chocolate Preparation : 1. With the help of a small bowl or cookie cutter , cut the watermelon into circular pieces,this will form the base of the fruit pizza.
