The Kamikaze is a shot that will be around forever. It’s simple and uses typical ingredients often available in anyone’s home bar. Traditionally, it is made with vodka, triple sec and lime juice. Mike has been enjoying kamikazes since the old college days and still enjoys one every now and then. I love squeezing citrus to make super fresh, bright, potent flavors for cocktails. We’ve been through a number of iterations of various amounts of citrus. This is the mildest of them all, yet still quite bold. It is a crowd pleaser. Strain if needed. Shake and pour into shot glasses.
