When you know you’re going to have to feed a crowd, this is the best way to save yourself some time and stress. Simply season the meat, press it into a sheet pan, and grill it. The end result is perfectly portioned slider patties! If you’ve ever had White Castle sliders, this is sort of like that… But so much better, if I do say so myself!
