It isn’t spicy, but it greatly complements spicy food by offering a cooling effect, but also a wonderful flavor boost. Mine is a simple recipe that uses only 5 ingredients, along with a bit of salt and pepper. It’s super rich and creamy and loaded with blue cheese crumbles, though I do include ways you can change it up and make it your own. I hope you love it as much as I do! Crumbled Blue Cheese. Gorgonzola is a good substitute for milder flavor. Sour Cream. Or use Mexican crema, which I love. Mayonnaise. I love Duke’s mayo, but use your favorite. Buttermilk. You can use whole milk instead. Lemon Juice. Or use white wine vinegar. Salt and Black Pepper. To taste.
