I’ve had it a number of times in restaurants and find it adds a pleasing flavor to vodka cocktails. It pairs really well with Gin, Vodka and Champagne. I’m very much a Vodka girl so I went that route, but you could easily play with this. It would be a great brunch cocktail for Easter. Not only do they offer up great flavor, but they are so soft that they can easily break down with a muddler, which makes this drink both easy and fast to make. You’ll need basic bar equipment, like a cocktail shaker, muddler, fine strainer and a lemon juicer. Squeeze lemon juice into shaker. Then add agave, Vodka, Elderflower Liquor and ice. Shake vigorously. Put ice cubes into a glass and place a fine strainer over the glass. Strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with blackberries.
