I love to stuff my bean burritos with tasty cilantro-lime rice, lightly toasted jalapeno slices, melty cheddar cheese and the tastiest beans around. Lucky for me, I’m working with Serious Bean Co. beans. They’re perfect for this! I greatly enjoy the quality and flavor of their beans - so perfect for easy meal additions for grilling in the backyard, hanging out with our friends. Today I’m using a can of Serious Bean Co. Sweet & Smoky Chipotle Pinto Beans with Tomatoes and Adobo Spices. Let’s talk about how to make bean burritos, shall we? Make the Cilantro-Lime Rice.
