Set the chicken wings into a large bowl and coat the wings with the baking powder, Cajun seasonings, and salt and pepper, to evenly coat the skin. *See the Recipe Notes for information about crispier chicken wings. Preheat the air fryer. Flip and Air Fry at Higher Temp. Flip the chicken wings, then set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F. Air fry cook the wings for another 15-20 minutes, or to your desired crispiness. Internal temperature of chicken wings should reach 165 degrees F internally when measured with a meat thermometer.
